- What CSV formats are supported?
- CSV Stock Comparator works with any CSV file exported from ERP systems or e-commerce platforms. It auto-detects comma, semicolon, and tab delimiters, and handles UTF-8 BOM encoding common in Windows exports.
- How does SKU matching work?
- SKUs are normalized before comparison: whitespace is trimmed and case is unified (lowercase by default). Duplicate SKUs in either file are aggregated by summing their quantities, with a warning in the diagnostics section.
- What is the difference between Free and Pro?
- The Free plan includes up to 3 comparisons per day with files up to 500 rows — enough for small catalogs and evaluation. The Pro plan (€29/mo or €229/yr) removes all daily and row limits, stores your full comparison history, and adds CSV export.
- Is my data stored?
- Comparison results are stored in your account for history and export purposes. Uploaded CSV files are processed in memory and never written to disk. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
