• Incorrectly exported or truncated CSV files
• Inconsistent SKU normalisation between systems
• A time gap between the export of the two files
• Unrecognised formats, encoding, or delimiters

3. Obligation to verify before acting

We recommend that you always verify results in your source systems before taking business actions such as:

• Correcting stock levels in ERP or your e-commerce system
• Ordering or writing off goods
• Changing prices or stock status in your sales catalogue
• Communications to suppliers or customers

The tool is intended as a first line of detection — it identifies potential discrepancies that should then be manually confirmed.

4. Limitation of liability for business losses

SlimFit Apps disclaims all liability for losses, damages, or costs arising directly or indirectly from:

• Errors in comparison results caused by inaccurate input data
• Business decisions made without independent verification of results
• Missed sales, oversells, or incorrect procurement
• Delays or errors in file processing

SlimFit Apps' total liability is limited in accordance with the Terms of Service.

5. Processing third-party files

If you upload CSV files containing personal data of third parties (e.g. customer or employee data), you are responsible for having a lawful basis to process that data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including GDPR.

CSV Stock Comparator is not designed or intended for processing special categories of personal data (health data, biometrics, etc.).

6. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary unavailability due to technical reasons, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control does not constitute a breach of our contractual obligations.
