Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

All Pro plan payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for billing, invoicing, and primary refund processes. You may submit refund requests directly to Lemon Squeezy via the details on your invoice, or contact us directly — we will forward your request.

2. Right of withdrawal — 14 days (EU consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date of first purchase, without giving reasons.

Exception: if you have accessed Pro features (history, unlimited rows, CSV export) within those 14 days and explicitly agreed to this at the time of purchase, your right of withdrawal may have been waived — however, in such cases we will consider a goodwill refund.

3. Goodwill refunds

Outside the statutory 14-day period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis as a goodwill gesture. We take into account:

• Technical issues that prevented use of the Service
• Duplicate payment errors
• Unexpected circumstances — each request is evaluated individually

Refunds are not granted solely due to a change of mind after active use of the Service, or dissatisfaction with results caused by the quality of your input files.

4. Annual subscription

For annual subscriptions, refunds approved within 30 days of purchase will be pro-rated — we refund the portion corresponding to unused full calendar months.

5. How to request a refund

Please include:

• Your account email address
• Date of purchase or order number (from your Lemon Squeezy invoice)
• Reason for the refund request

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
